With an understanding of today's economic conditions, we have focused on providing the customer with a service that does not invoice for any undisclosed charges. For example:
- We charge flat fee rates to the customer for curbside collection.
- Large items are not billed in addition to a service already paid.
- Our fuel is our expense, not our customers. Company policy is no fuel surcharge unless diesel fuel reaches $8 / gallon (highly unlikely).
